English as a Second Language (ESL)

Jubilee REACH offers free in-person English language classes for adult learners, ranging from very beginners to intermediate levels. Classes run every year from October to May. We offer morning classes from 9:30 am to 11:00 am and evening classes from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Students attend twice per week for three hours of instruction at the Jubilee REACH Center in Bellevue. Registrations are accepted year-round, although class space is limited, and registering does not guarantee enrollment.
